Wehmeyer Enterprises is an Independent Sponsor that seeks to acquire companies with annual revenues of $15-60 million.  We focus on stable Texas-based businesses that have not yet reached their full potential.

Acquisitions are funded by our own funds, alongside funds from investors who share our vision.  Post-acquisition, we function as an owner/operator, and our Principal serves as an active CEO of the entities we acquire.
