• Lower Middle Market Acquisitions: As an Independent Sponsor of lower middle market acquisitions, we seek to bring capital to business owners who would like to sell their positions; we will actively manage the businesses we acquire.

• Early Stage Investments: We provide initial capital to launch new businesses, and we manage the businesses launched.  We also invest selectively in early stage concepts that are managed by others.
